Vision of the Universe

As a writer, I'm constantly searching for inspiration. A few weeks back, the Astronomy Picture of the Day sent out a picture of the Pillars of Creation region of the Eagle Nebula. 25 years ago, the Hubble Space telescope took a photo in the visual light spectrum, a shot that has become one of the most iconic images the marvel of engineering and science has produced. Since then, the telescope has been upgraded significantly, and so the controllers decided to point the lens back to the same spot. The results were AMAZING.

Feel inspired? I did. Now go write!
